In 2021 Cenovus Energy acquired Husky Energy and, effective January 1st 2022, the Cenovus Retirement Club becomes the successor to Husky Retirement Club.
Membership in the club is available to people (and their significant other) who have retired from Husky Energy or Cenovus Energy.
The club currently has 500+ members most of them living in Calgary and the surrounding area. Although club activities take place in and around Calgary we do have some members who live in other locations and all retirees from all locations are welcome to join if they wish.
The club runs a number of activities each year, these include:
- Lunches
- Theatre
- Golf
- Walking group
